As it stands Liam is currently on £3k per week so instead of offering him a new contract, we’ve only extended it by a year. Wouldn’t be surprised if deep down he’s pissed off with the clubs stance on this as surely as this season has shown he’s worth more, or at least deserved parity with some...
We use ‘shithousery’..is that even a word
We create a hostile environment for their fans and players
We’re more up for it
Some of the excuses cardiff City make every time we pump them.
Plain, simple fact of the matter is, we’re just superior on the pitch. Whereas they’re dogshite.
Anyone make out what he was saying, because the acoustics in the North East was abysmal. I liked Jason as a player back in the day, and it would’ve been nice to hear what he was saying. The club really need to address the sound system, because it’s utter crap
Take a point now? I probably would going on form, but as they say form goes out the window in these type of matches. I just hope we’re more up for it tomorrow than we were at the CC stadium in September.
Looking at the remaining games, only Boro and Norwich away look tricky, we should be looking at winning at least half of them games, and picking up a point here and there.
I’m optimistic!
Why’s it so big? Can understand to an extent, the plastics who support Man Utd and Liverpool, but why in particular Leeds and not Swans or even the headslappers?
It’s not as if Leeds have been successful in the last fifty or so years save for a solitary championship in 1992.
Prior to that...
Criminal to not beat the first man which Grimes is constantly guilty of. Today in the first half we had a free kick, and I said to the bloke next to me he won’t beat the first man. Which he didn’t. Hopefully that’s the last we see of him on set pieces.
I’ve said before when the chips are down, you need your captain more than ever, to cajole and get the troops going. Ours is like a little mouse in hiding. Offers nothing, other than a sprint to the 18 yard box to receive the ball from the keeper to then give a short risky pass to one of our...
Wishing him well there. Let’s not forget where he rescued us from, yes it ended all a bit sour, but if he could take things back, I’m sure he would.
I can see him doing well at County, possible championship team in the next five years or so?
Fifth in the table pre match, apart from a few spells in the first half, especially towards the end, they weren’t anything special.
Just shows that the quality of the championship isn’t all that, apart from Leicester and possibly saints, who are both on a different level to all the others.
As a football club. Since the current ownership took over in 2016, we’ve been progressively getting worse.
Not sure what the answer is, ultimately it’s probably a change of ownership, how we go about that is another question.
Yet some think their saviours, by trying to keep a balance book!
Who was there at the battle of Ninian Park? Tge police massively fecked up putting us in the grandstand.
One thing I can clearly remember was outside the ground in the dark, we didn’t know who was who, and there’d be pockets of Cardiff infiltrating the Swans line and giving a dig or two to us...
This eroded years ago, probably started by Gary Monk actually, so for fans to still be going on about The Swansea Way smacks of arrogance in my eyes.
Ben Cabango on Saturday couldn’t hit a pass to his own player who was only 5 yards away. This teams definition of triangular football is little...
They won’t sack him, means they’ll have to pay up the rest of his contract, plus didn’t we pay Barnsley compo to get him? He’s here to stay.
However his selections are perplexing, three defensive midfielders starting at home v Huddersfield!!.
Patino and Bolasie have to start the next game. Let’s...
Made a big impact for Hull yesterday when he came in.
How we didn’t sign this guy, especially after having a fairly productive loan spell with us baffled me.
Is clearly missing from our game. Our last three home matches, against Leicester, Sunderland and hull today showed what an attacking threat you have with pace. All three sides had fast, direct tricky wingers. Contrast that with our football which at times is slow and predictable.
