Supporters who have tickets for our home fixture against Peterborough this Saturday, October 30 (3pm) are encouraged to arrive at the Swansea.com Stadium as early as possible. Supporters were thanked for their efforts in ensuring that our fixture against Cardiff was a huge success, with all supporters over 18 having their NHS Covid pass checked before entering the stadium. This was largely down to the timely manner in which fans arrived as everyone was admitted inside safely. This was also the case for our West Brom fixture.

Ahead of Saturday’s game, the club needs to ensure that the same process is followed. In anticipation of queues, turnstiles will open 30 minutes earlier than usual for this fixture – so two hours before kick-off. Therefore, supporters can enter the Swansea.com Stadium from 1pm for this fixture. We ask fans to be patient and respectful of our match day staff, as abuse will not be tolerated. We thank supporters in advance for their support in this process. Supporters must adhere to the code of conduct. All ticket holders MUST have an NHS Covid pass. The legislation in Wales changed on October 11, which means that you must have an NHS Covid pass to attend any event with more than 10,000 people. We ask ticket holders review the information on our dedicated webpage -www.swanseacity.com/covid-pass – this webpage has full information on what a Covid pass is, how to get one and comprehensive FAQs for our fans.

The name on your ticket does not need to match the NHS Covid pass, as we understand that a high number of our fans purchase multiple tickets on behalf of their friends and families. Supporters must ensure their Covid pass is up to date, as the digital pass expires every 30 days. To update your pass, simply log back into the NHS website and you will be issued a refreshed pass.

If you are an iOS user and have previously added your pass to your Apple wallet, you must ensure this has also updated in your wallet. This may involve removing and re-adding the pass. The paper copy of the NHS COVID pass does not have an expiry date, so this pass can continue to be used. Please note, this means the paper copy sent to your postal address and does not include a printed copy of the digital pass. To reiterate, you must have a ticket to the game and a valid NHS Covid pass to enter the Swansea.com Stadium.

LATERAL FLOW TESTS

There will be no Lateral Flow Test available on site on a match day for fans to utilise. Supporters who require a negative Lateral Flow Test result, must have already completed their test, and recorded the result with the NHS prior to travelling to the stadium. A reminder that the test must have been completed within 48 hours of the fixture (so from 3pm on Thursday, October 28). Supporters who choose this method of NHS Covid pass must show the text message or email received, proving the negative result, to gain entry to the stadium. The test itself is not proof of a negative result, so please do not bring this with you.

Swansea City supporters

Season ticket holders are encouraged to bring their season ticket card to future fixtures and to be ready with the card and valid NHS Covid pass, ready for checking at the turnstile. Supporters are however welcome to use either their season ticket card, or the in-app ticket. Those with a print at home ticket for the match must print their tickets and ensure the print quality is satisfactory before travelling to the stadium. The ticket office will be open between 9am and 5pm on Friday and from 9am on Saturday, to assist supporters with any queries regarding their match ticket. Alternatively, supporters can email ticketing@swanseacity.com or call 01792 616400 and select option 1.

Fans who DO NOT have a match ticket SHOULD NOT attend the stadium.

There will be NO match day sales available for this fixture.

Fans who have chosen NOT to acquire a valid form of an NHS Covid pass should not attend.

Fans displaying symptoms of Covid-19 SHOULD NOT attend.

CATERING AND THE RIVERSIDE LOUNGE

Supporters should be aware that, for this fixture, the Riverside Lounge will only be open for East Stand ticket holders, as it will form part of the concourse. Catering offers will be in placed across the stadium, with deals on for those supporters who arrive early at the stadium.

PARKING AND TRAVEL

Parking- There will be parking available at the Landore Park and Walk (adjacent to the Council Park and Ride facility) at a charge.

CLUB SHOP

The Swansea.com Stadium club shop will be open from 9.30am until 6pm for this fixture.

HOSPITALITY

Hospitality doors will revert back to opening two hours before kick off (1pm), except for the Gower Lounge which is open from one hour before kick-off (2pm). Please ensure you and your respective guests have the necessary tickets and passes. Passes must be presented with a valid Covid pass. As a reminder, full information on the Covid pass is available HERE. We will not be able to issue match specific tickets or passes on the day. Therefore, if you require reprints please contact the office on 01792 616628 as soon as possible.

For those who regularly do a footy coupon, you'll know in recent seasons they love to score/concede plenty in games. If they come with the open game attitude, this could be a big win for us.
4-1 home win.

Can't go as have possible covid symptoms (don't think it is LF okay) but not risking anything. Any streams?

We do need to put these boys away really, but it's never straightforward with us.
