More of the same then.
Seems like the fans are not going to take it this season. Lots of boo'ing at half time.
Passing for passing sake, taking an age to get it forward, creating very little.
So what has changed then?

Re: More of the same then.
Absolutely diabolical today, Bob Bradley was more entertaining than this ffs.

We've got new s**t flags and some bloke playing records in the East Stand?Neath_Jack wrote: ↑06 Aug 2022 17:22Seems like the fans are not going to take it this season. Lots of boo'ing at half time.

And while I remember about the flags - the big one that was passed along the East Stand before kick off
That went well

That went well

Re: More of the same then.
It stopped before it got to us.
What did it say on it?
Any why don't we put these big flags on the empty seats alongside the away fans? They make one appearance then never seen again.
Re: More of the same then.
All half hearted. Three white flags not being waved properly and a small black one in the North East corner as they must have ran out of the big ones
Re: More of the same then.
NO idea by the time it passed us it looked as if it was half folded up ...Neath_Jack wrote: ↑06 Aug 2022 17:44It stopped before it got to us.

Just play White Riot and get on with the game forget all these pointless gimmicks

Re: More of the same then.
The passing isn’t the problem, it’s the pace of it that is. A stationary Kyle Naughton is our deep lying playmaker, that tells you how we have plummeted. Just awful.Neath_Jack wrote: ↑06 Aug 2022 17:22Seems like the fans are not going to take it this season. Lots of boo'ing at half time.

Re: More of the same then.
I know that was intended as a sarcastic comment but during the 2nd half I was saying to my brother that when I play (non-walking) football on a Friday evening, our age range is mid-50s to 70 and I am 100% sure that we have more off the ball movement ahead of the man with the ball than I saw from us this afternoon which is absolutely unacceptable. Ok, most balls are played to feet but it does require a lot of off the ball movement for someone to be able to pick a pass and professional players should be able to do that. Oh, and most of us can cross a ball better than Ryan Manning did in the 2nd half today as well - 2 nowhere near any of our players and straight to their keeper and the 3rd one just defies description.
