Re: The hundred

Some aspects are a bit gimmicky but I've been enjoying it, if you like T20 cricket then it's not that different really.
Having to bring an extra fielder into the ring at the end of the innings as a penalty for a slow over rate should be adopted for T20's & 50 over matches.

Re: Dusty Hill RIP

RIP Dusty, Eliminator may have been the mainstream breakthrough album but earlier albums like Tres Hombres & Duguello were terrific.

Re: The hundred

Fckn shambolic, tried to get tickets yesterday for remaining home games at Sophia gardens, sold out!! Jesus wept Drakeford, nobody fckn in there. I was looking at getting tickets for the last of the home games against London Spirit a few days ago because the first 3 were already sold out & the 4th ...

Re: The hundred

I agree with the comments about the on screen graphics, they're terrible.
The one thing that struck me watching last night's match was that there seemed to be far more women/girls spectating than at a normal T20.
If that continues it will have been a success.

Carvahal & before that Brendan I think.
One spell at Kidderminster a few years ago where his team played some good stuff isn't much to go on really.
Not an obvious appointment but when did we ever do those?

Re: Season 21/22: Plymouth vs Swansea Official Friendly Match Thread

Walsh has given it away a few times but he does move the ball far quicker than our other central midfielders, could be useful. I'd like to see him play alongside Grimes.

Latibeaudiere has been bullied a couple of times by that right winger, needs to be stronger especially as a centre half
Lati looks a bit sluggish so far, Whittaker looking good though.

Re: Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool – we were beating them all

We didn't get promoted last time based on spending on the team, we did it with intelligent recruitment & excellent management.
We'll only get back there by doing the same thing again.
Do we have that in place now?
I don't think so unfortunately.

Sam Mattaface did a great job for Scottish independence tonight, never heard such over the top melodramatic comments from a commentator
Not just me who thought that then! He was appalling last night.

Re: All the rumours about Cooper

Twitter is full of bull. Most “rumours” are taken as gospel on there and usually spread and beloved by the younger generation. I think most older swans fans have learnt not to believe anything until it’s signed, sealed and delivered. I can’t imagine how much the Twitter kids would have lost their s...

His style of football has made him unpopular enough without this bl@@dy nonsense. I still can't see any way he's going to be sacked though.

Re: Tammy Abraham

Without Grealish they're a bottom half of the table team & they'd need to replace his creativity for any striker to get 15 - 20 goals for them.
