Re: Vintage Photos

A few weeks ago on this thread, I mentioned something called a Daguerreotype which was amongst my mother's possessions and I promised some pictures of it for those who were interested so here they are. A Daguerreotype was the earliest commercially available 'photograph' but the process was complicat...

Traffic chaos in Somerset this morning

Very close to where I live. Sounds nasty too. Absolute chaos in Somerset this morning as the M5 northbound was closed for about 13 hours after a man fell from a bridge and was hit by several vehicles.

Could have gone for this one, great lyrics and a fun tune too. Another taken too soon, only 56 when he died.

Incredible. Makes you wonder if there are still a few bird species on this planet that haven't been discovered yet.

It will become a sh1t slinging competition and the winner has less stuck to the wall.
Johnson's wall already has so much sh!t stuck to it, it's very close to collapsing, and the sooner the better.

Re: Tune For Today

I know it's afternoon now but I always try to go for something gentle on a Sunday morning while my wife's out swimming at the leisure centre and this one was the perfect tune to accompany my breakfast today. Four minutes of bliss https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eERMysX_yg4 I’d not heard of this ban...

Re: Patterson

If we do end up getting James Mcatee on loan from Man City, would we even need Paterson?

What made you mention the contract bit? I heard a similar whisper myself (just a message from anonymous source) so thought nothing of it.
It was probably from cwmdonkinjack, above.
Tbf, cwmdonkinjack didn't actually mention a contract. Read it again.

Re: Season 21/22 The Official Huddersfield v Swansea Match Thread

Great point and deserved for that second half but why didn't we play like that from the first whistle. Difficult to keep up that intensity for 90 minutes, didn't think we'd do it for 45 if I'm honest but we did. Start like that and get a 3-0 lead though and you can shut up shop for the last 15 if y...
