They need to flog Allen now. He just needs to stay on the pitch as much as possible.
I'd rather play with Joey on one leg than Fulton and Walsh combined.
I think we'll spawn our way to another 3-4 points and that'll just about keep us up.
All we can hope for is a good summer but unfortunately I think we've got too much to do. We'll be starting with Fulton and Yates come Christmas again.
Next season could be the year we go down.
They can protest all they want but the facts speak for themselves.
Attendances this season...
First Game - QPR - 21,230
Previous Game - Ipswich - 21,771
Boxing Day - Plymouth - 23,583
Real Rivals - Bristol City - 25,803
Leeds - 25,991
Little old Swansea who they don't care about - 28,648 -...
Probably not much better but if you'd asked me a month ago I'd have probably said we were certainties for the drop next year.
Sadly the bar has moved so low that a season in midtable would probably be seen as a success to most people
He's obviously trying to get us to get the ball out wide to the wingers and attack down the flanks... That's obvious.
Ultimately it's the only option we've got really (and a relatively quick and cheap fix) with a very limited squad... unless you think he should be turning the likes of Fulton...
I'm not really sure what people are expecting from us.
Obviously we are crap. Apart from the keeper, the spine of the team is dreadful. We don't have a decent striker at the club.
We've managed to pick up some invaluable (and unlikely) points by relying on some pace out wide which should be to...
A significant part of the reason we've played better recently has been Ronald, Placheta and Joey all coming in and contributing well.
When they go off we are back to the dross that got us into this mess. We basically start the game with energy in the middle and pace out wide and finish the game...
It would help if we could have a settled back 4 with no injuries.
For me, Darling starts in the middle alongside one of the chuckle brothers, Tymon left and then Key right, when fit.
At the moment not only are we generally crap and disorganised but we chop and change from one game to the next...
Today showed me that Williams can get us playing the way we’d all like to see.
Ronald looked great and Pacheta got some dangerous balls into the box too.
Whether it’ll be enough to negate the terrible centre backs, the Grimes-Fulton axis and the lack of a clinical finisher will of course...
So why’s Rhys Williams been dreadful everywhere else hes been then?
I mean maybe if you’re looking for an example of a player barely given a chance here but excelled elsewhere, there’ll be one on display tomorrow afternoon for us all to see.
