It’s fair to say that Swansea City hat-tricks do not happen very often but Morgan Whittaker grabbed one this evening as the Swans survived a brief scare against Plymouth to go through to the third round thanks to a late three goal burst.
Whittaker scored three times in twelve minutes from the 79th minute to give the Swans the win that their dominance on the night deserved and move them into the next stage of the competition.
