Henry move would surely depend on promotion?

The Swans have been linked with a move for French striker Thomas Henry at Leuven who has scored 21 goals in 31 appearances this season for the Belgian side.

However, given a transfer value well into the millions of pounds then any move surely has to be dependent on a Premier League promotion otherwise you would see a player well out of the range of any Championship budget that we may have?

Leuven bought him for £450,000 from Tubize in 2019 but he is now valued considerably higher with interest mounting from Germany and Turkey with Besiktas linked in recent months.

At 6ft 4ins and good in the air the striker has decent link up play, and is particularly strong in the penalty area, hence the reason he has scored 41 goals in 71 games.

This rumour feels a simple one in that you can file it under a definite possibility but almost everything will depend on how the next two weeks pans out for us.
