Stacey John-Davis grabbed a hat-trick whilst Katy Hosford and Kelly Adams both scored a goal apiece as Swansea City Ladies went back to the top of the league with a 5-0 win over Cascade YC.

With just three games left of the season now the Swans Ladies are 3 points clear of Cardiff Met and know that they need just seven points to retain their league title as they kept up their unbeaten record this season.

John-Davis scored in the 8th, 81st and 89th minute of the game with Adams and Hosford both netting in the second half for the Swans.

Cardiff Met are the next side in action when they feature on Thursday evening with the Swans remaining fixtures as follows

Abergavenny (H) – Sunday 9 May
Aberystwyth (A) – Sunday 16 May
Cardiff City (H) – Sunday 23 May
